There are several sizes on this beast. My client confirmed that replacing only on the front of the VRAMs brings satisfying results – approximately 30 degrees drop on memory temperature.
One piece of 80x40x2mm more than enough to replace pads on the front side of the VRAMs.
Capacitors on the side – marked yellow on second picture – needs 1.5mm.
The smaller one – marked blue on second picture – requires 1mm.
The backplate got some extremely height thermal pads. By looking at those size they are either 3.5mm – 4mm. They – and the rest of those not detailed here – are not necessarily have to be changed.

About sizes
Sizes you find here come from various sources. Most of them reported by my clients whom successfully replaced their GPUs’ factory thermal pads with high quality aftermarket pads – getting significant results in their temperature drop. Some of these sizes are actual measurements and others just collected from random users on such websites like Reddit, YouTube or official / unofficial forums.
