ASUS TUF RTX 3080 12 GB OC VERSION THERMAL PAD SPECS [12 GB NOT 10 GB]

i want to get replaced my thermal pads of my gpu with help of my pc technician .[Because hotspot is 99 celcius in fürmark2)I can not do it myself, i dont know even how to clear pc case inside.(Like cpu thermal paste change) . I looked at thermalpad.eu link for tuf rtx 3080 but have concern because of is it 12 gb version, or 10 gb version. and a comment made my mind confused. it says:

I followed the above when repadding mine, please do note the 10x100x1mm pad in the first picture is most definitely not 1mm, 1mm doesnt come close. Use 2mm atleast.

Also recommend using the full width of the memory plate top of memory chips. Where the 10x47mm is. 10mm should fit other side of plate where no pad is and will contact heat pipes.

so can anyone who knows these things well help me, please? Thanks in advance.
