VRAM 1,2: 2 pieces of 29mm x 16mm x 2mm (LxWxH)
VRAM 3: 1 piece of 58mm x 17mm x 2mm (LxWxH)
MOSFET: 1 piece of 54mm x 10mm x 2.5 mm (LxWxH)
